Return and Refund Policy

At WildTactic , we are committed to providing you with reliable, high-quality equipment. If, despite our best efforts, a product doesn't meet your expectations, here is our return procedure:

1. Declaration of return

All return requests must be reported by email to our customer service department at the following address: customercare@wildtactic.com .

Please indicate in the subject line “Refund Request” followed by your order number .

The report must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your order .

2. Condition of the products

Returned items must be:

  • New , unused and unworn ;
  • In their original packaging , complete and undamaged ;
  • Must not show any signs of wear, dirt or damage .

Upon receipt, our team will carry out a quality control check.

Any item that does not conform to the order (worn, damaged, rendered unfit for sale or different from the one ordered) will be refused .

3. Return packaging

To prevent damage, items must be shipped in a separate package that protects the original packaging. Returns with damaged packaging may be refused or result in a deduction from the refund .

4. Return label

A return shipping label will be emailed to you. Use it to return your package to the correct address, free of charge!*

*Free returns are valid for the following countries: Belgium, Metropolitan France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Germany.
