What are the delivery times?

We generally ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times then vary depending on your country, but on average:

  • Europe: 4 to 10 working days
  • North America: 7 to 15 business days
  • Other countries: 10 to 20 working days

A tracking email will be sent to you as soon as your package is shipped.

How can I track the delivery status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to track the progress of your package at any time.

Your tracking number corresponds to your order number .

⚠️ Please note: Tracking may take up to 2 business days after order confirmation to activate. This is completely normal.

Do you offer express delivery?

We know how important fast delivery is to you and it's a priority for us too.

Our team is actively working on implementing express delivery options to allow you to receive your equipment faster.

Currently, only standard and premium deliveries are available, but express solutions will be available very soon.

Can I pay in installments?

Currently, payment in installments is not yet available on our store .

But good news: we are working to offer this option very soon to make your purchases easier, especially for our most complete kits.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To do this, simply contact us at customercare@wildtactic.com with "Return Request" and your order number in the subject line .

The products must be:

  • unused,
  • not worn,
  • in their original packaging
  • and in perfect condition.

You will then receive all the instructions from us, as well as a return label.

Are my payments secure?

Absolutely : we use SSL security protocols and the main recognized payment platforms (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, PayPal, etc.).

Your information is encrypted and protected.

What to do if there is an error in the delivery address?

We invite you to carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order , because once it is being processed or shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it .

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order , please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@wildtactic.com

Please remember to include your order number for faster processing.

Our team will do everything possible to help you, as long as the order has not yet been shipped .

I received my order partially, is this normal?

This can happen in some cases : here's why your order may be shipped in several packages:

  • If you have ordered multiple items (e.g. a complete survival kit + accessories), some may be shipped separately, depending on availability;
  • If your order contains both immediately available products and pre-order products , we ship the in-stock products first, so you don't waste time waiting unnecessarily.

In any case, you will receive all the items ordered , even if they arrive in several installments.
